How fast can you actually start?
Texts and form leads get a reply inside 5 to 10 minutes during business hours. On-site measure same day or next day. Most jobs install within the same week, sometimes the same week as the first text.
What does a typical job cost?
Vinyl plank runs $4 to $7 per square foot installed, material included. A 600 to 700 sqft living room lands $3,000 to $5,500. Hardwood is higher. We hand you a firm price on the spot when we measure, not over the phone.
Do you quote over the phone?
Not for the whole job. We can provide a per-sqft range over text and book the on-site measure. A firm quote takes ten minutes once we see the room. No charge, no obligation.
Can I finance it?
Yes. Hearth financing, 0% for the first six months for qualified buyers. We hand you the application after the measure. 10% off labor for active and veteran military.
What is the warranty?
Lifetime manufacturer warranty on the vinyl plank itself. One to two years of labor guarantee from CK on the install. Something goes sideways, we come back.
Do you move the furniture?
Yes. Couch, dresser, bed, appliances. We pull what needs pulling and put it back when we are done. You do not need to clear the room before we get there unless you want to.
Carpet vs. vinyl plank, what do you recommend?
For most living rooms with kids and pets: plank. Cheaper than hardwood, will not stain, will not trap dander, lasts decades. We still install plenty of bedroom carpet. We will tell you straight which one fits your house.
